Mike Levin is a Democrat elected to the House of Representatives on January 3, 2019 to represent California’s 49th Congressional District, an area that includes Marine Corps Base Pendleton.

1. On July 26, 2019, he stated live on CNN “I'm sure we'll have plenty more opportunities throughout the” 116th Congress to hold a hearing on #GIJustice with the House Veterans Subcommittee on Economic Opportunity he chaired. He never scheduled any hearing.
2. On January 3, 2022, his office ignored a meeting request from his own constituent.
3. On December 1, 2022, Mike Levin refused to meet with a military constituent at his district office in Dana Point, CA.
4. In a 0900 phone call on December 2, 2022, Mike Levin told a military constituent that he didn’t like “your accusatory tone.”
5. At 1400 on December 2, 2022, DC Capitol Police me asking about “threats” made against Mike Levin, an intimidation takkktic violating the KKK Act.
6. I later made a short video showing that Mike Levin refused to say why he was accepting false information from a VA Subagency.
